Story
Kakatiya dynasty is ruled by Ganapathi Devudu (Krishnam Raju), however he does not have a male successor to take the throne. Few days later, he is blessed with a baby girl Rudramadevi (Anushka). However he keeps the fact under wraps and announces Rudramadevi as prince Rudra Devudu in his kingdom. Rudra Devudu is trained as a warrior prince by minister Shiva Devaiyya (Prakash Raj) indulging Sword fight and Horse riding.
The secret maintained for 25 years is divulged to the empire after 25 years and the dynasty is now aware of the fact that the prince is a girl. Rudramadevi faces a lot of issues as a consequence and is attacked by Mahedeva Nayakudu (Vikramjeet). During this course, Rudramadevi is helped by Nidadavolu King Chalukya Veerabhadra (Rana Daggubati), however is opposed by Gona Ganna Reddy (Allu Arjun) who fights for the people’s rights in that area. Will Gona Ganna Reddy and Chalukya help Rudramadevi to protect Kakatiya dynasty ?? need to watch on big screen ??
Artistes Performances
Anushka Shetty is the heart and soul of this movie. Credit should go to her for trying something different in this movie. She suited for the role and she carried the whole movie on her shoulders. The dialogue delivery, her presence on the screen is brilliant.
Actress Nithya Menon looks pretty good and she has portrayed her character in a decent way. Catherine Teresa looks stunning and she attracted the audiences with her glamour. Hamsa Nandini is one of the major attractions in this movie.
Actor Krishnam Raju suited well and his role as Ganapathi Devudu is a top notch. Stylish star Allu Arjun deserves a special mention in this movie and he attracted the audiences as Gona Ganna Reddy. His dialogue delivery is superb and he is another back bone of this movie. no one justify this role rather than him
Actor Rana as Chalukya Veerabdhra was handsome and he provided the necessary support to the cast. Prakash Raj as Sivadevayya was apt in his role and his dialogue delivery looks impressive.
Music
Ilayaraja’s music is Good but his background score is decent in certain parts. Music is another backbone for this movie. No one can give good back ground music for this historical movie rather than him.
Other Departments
Cinematography looked neat and songs are filmed taking special care which can be sensed with extraordinary visuals as eye treat. High Production value.

Finally Rudramadevi is technically a brilliant movie with good concept. Must Watchable on Big Screen and One who enjoy VFX Defiantly need to watch in 3D .
