Director Puri Jagannadh is celebrating his 49th birthday today. This star director who was roped in to direct Chiranjeevi’s 150th film Auto Johnny was later denied the offer. The reason behind this denial was that Chiru did not like the second half of the script narrated by Puri.
Puri in an recent interview today with the media stated that "Chiru never told him that he didn’t like the movie’s second half. The director who has always wished to work with Chiranjeevi seemed quite upset as Chiranjeevi chose to speak to the media rather than talking to him. Puri added that he could have made corrections in the script if he was aware of Chiranjeevi’s dislike for the second half of Auto Johnny."
Puri expressed his wish to work with Chiru in future. Let us wait and see who wins the golden chance to direct Chiranjeevi’s comeback film!
